TCG partners and associates have led the way in developing a criminal justice system based on the most current research and knowledge. They were instrumental in developing and implementing “What Works” in the early 1990s and in transforming the lessons learned from that experience into an integrated EBPP model of doing business. TCG practitioners have worked extensively with the judiciary, prosecutors, the defense bar, law enforcement, institutional corrections, adult and juvenile community corrections, victims, gender-based organizations, offender reintegration advocates, not-for-profit service providers, and citizens’ groups.
