Christine Toner is an Associate with The Carey Group and a licensed clinical social worker. She has worked with state and local correctional and governmental agencies across the country on the implementation of, and training and consulting in Evidence-Based Practices. She has trained extensively on cognitive behavioral programming such as Thinking for a Change, Motivational Interviewing, Engaging Families, and Effective Case Management.

Prior to joining The Carey Group, Ms. Toner worked for the New York City Department of Probation as Deputy Director of their Division of Staff and Organizational Development and as Clinical Director for the national non-profit agency, Family Justice. She is also currently an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Social Services in New York City.
